The role includes drilling using cable percussive or drive in sampling rig with associated hand excavation, sampling and in situ testing;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drilling using cable percussive and drive in sampling rig. Experience in use of rotary rig desirable, otherwise training would be provided for the right candidate;
- Sampling and labelling of samples of soil, rock and groundwater;
- Driving 4x4 vehicle and towing rig/trailer;
- Record keeping;
- Working outdoors in all weathers;
- Following specifications for site work;
- Maintain an effective line of communication between drilling crews and Site Engineers/Project Managers;
- Contribute to and support maintenance systems for the drilling equipment and vehicles;
- Act in a professional and safe manner supporting the safeguarding of others in the workplace;
- Maintain courteous and professional relations with clients and suppliers and build upon the reputation of the company within the industry;

2. We have an immediate vacancy for the role of Senior/Principle Geo-environmental Engineer for full or part time work:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the contaminated land industry and bring an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated outlook, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking to expand our team with qualified geo-environmental engineer to complete Phase 1 desk studies and Phase 2 ground investigations and associated consultancy services and reporting.

- Ability to deliver all stages of geoenvironmental projects to include the coordination of financial and technical input to proposals and management of resources (office and site based), sub-contractors, timescales, and financial performance;
- Produce a wide range of interpretative geo-environmental reports to provide solutions to the client's business needs;

Due to continued expansion and success, we are looking to appoint competent, hard-working individuals for the position of ‘Geotechnical Site Technician’ to work in our ground investigation team covering sites in Gatwick and surrounding area. The role will involve working in a team of technicians carryout the physical aspects of intrusive ground investigation, drilling boreholes and excavating trial holes, carrying-out field testing, setting up and managing project sites, monitoring, occasional lab work, and maintenance.
The company will support you to achieve NWQ in Land Drilling, and to eventually be in charge of your own site team as the company grows and expands.
